Gina Lynn Kaur Kundan  

Has been a diversity educator since 1993.  She holds a Master of Arts in social theory, and a certificate in mediation and conflict resolution.  Her experiences include developing and implementing training strategies for student affairs, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and corporations.

Gina's approach transcends the traditional lessons on political correctness by probing deeply into the salient issues of diversity and multiculturalism. Unlike typical "one size fits all" training programs, Gina works with each client to develop an individually tailored action plan designed to help participants learn practical, results oriented solutions that create an inclusive, empowering, and productive environment.
